Det tyske rederi FRS, har købt rederiet Fähre Loreley GmbH & Co. KG, som sejler mellem Sankt Goar og Sankt Goarshausen på Rhinen med færgen LORELEY VI, som er bygget i 2003. Tilbage i december, købte de også rederiet Rheinfähre Maul, som også sejler på Rhinen.
